ABOUT DIGITAL VIBEZ

Theteamthatdigitisestraditionalbusinesses.

Digital Vibez is the software engineering division of Velvetek Systems. We build the systems that businesses actually run on — production floors, field teams, property listings, storefronts. Most of our clients weren't looking for software. They were looking for a way out of spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and paper registers.

HOW WE THINK

Fourthingsweholdto.

We start with the process, not the spec

Clients rarely arrive with a feature list, and that's fine. We spend the first conversation understanding how the work happens today — who does what, where it breaks, what gets lost. The software comes after that.

Built to be handed over

Your software shouldn't depend on us existing. We use mainstream tools (Next.js, React, Supabase), write code another team could pick up, and hand over the accounts and repository. No lock-in by obscurity.

Shipped in stages you can see

You review working software early and often, not a demo at the end. If something's heading the wrong way, we find out in week three instead of month four.

We stay after launch

Launch is when the real feedback starts. Every build includes a support window, and most clients stay on a maintenance retainer because the system keeps evolving with the business.

HOW WE WORK

Fromfirstconversationtoasystemyourteamusesdaily.

Every project runs through the same five stages. You always know which one you're in and what comes out of it.

01

Discovery

A working session — often at your premises — to map how the process runs today and where it actually breaks. We ask a lot of questions about the business, not the technology.

You get
Process map & problem statement
02

Scope & proposal

We come back with a recommended approach, a phased build plan, and an itemised quote. If a smaller first phase would prove the value faster, we'll say so.

You get
Phased scope + fixed quote
03

Design & build

Development runs in reviewable stages. You get access to a working environment early, so feedback lands while it's still cheap to act on.

You get
Staged releases you can use
04

Launch & handover

Deployment, data migration, and training for the people who'll use it daily. You receive the repository, the accounts, and documentation.

You get
Live system + full handover
05

Support & iterate

A support window is included with every build. Most clients continue on a retainer as the system grows with the business.

You get
Ongoing support retainer
